NATURE OF SERVICES

BIJOU BONDS provides custom hair prosthetics and grooming services based on modern, globally recognised trichology principles. All services are non-invasive, topical cosmetic applications using non-medicated and non-prescriptive protocols. BIJOU BONDS is not a medical practice; our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for disease.

Consumers are encouraged to conduct independent research and consult licensed medical professionals regarding any health-related concerns. No food, product, or service mentioned on or available through this website or related platforms is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

CONSULTATION & SERVICE TERMS

All services are available by appointment only. In-person consultations are required prior to treatment or extension services, and subject to availability.

Service scope, pricing, and timelines are determined during consultation and may vary based on individual assessment. Service-specific terms will be presented during consultation and must be agreed to prior to commencement of services. Published pricing represents starting ranges and does not constitute a fixed quote. Final pricing is confirmed after consultation.

BIJOU BONDS reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the client's natural scalp or hair is not in a safe or suitable condition for the requested service; the client has a history of no-shows, late cancellations, or repeated breach of policies; or the client's expectations are misaligned with professional recommendation. In such cases, any applicable refund terms under these Terms & Conditions apply.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. BIJOU BONDS is a gratuity-free establishment. All services are contingent upon consultation assessment and professional recommendation.

All purchases, including consultation fees, are 100% non-refundable. The consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your first service booked within 30 days of the consultation date. After 30 days, the consultation credit expires and the fee is forfeited. Given the dynamic nature of hair donor markets and material sourcing, quotes for custom extension services are valid for 30 days from the date of consultation. After the 30 day period, custom extension pricing is subject to revision and a new quote may be required.

Custom extensions are built to individual specification and cannot be reused, resold, or transferred to another client. As such, there are strictly no refunds on custom work under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the process or outcome. New custom extension sets remain the sole property of BIJOU BONDS until payment is received in full. Ownership transfers to the client only upon complete settlement of all outstanding charges. BIJOU BONDS reserves the right to withhold delivery of custom work until full payment is received.

CUSTOM EXTENSION CONTRACT

All custom extension services are bound by a separate written contract, signed by both parties prior to commencement. This contract outlines design specifications, production terms, colour-matching conditions, deposit and payment schedules, and additional policies specific to your custom order. A non-refundable deposit of 80% of the total quoted price is required to initiate production. Production does not begin until the deposit is received in full. The remaining balance is due in full before or at the time of your application appointment. BIJOU BONDS is not responsible for delays in production timelines resulting from late or incomplete deposit payments. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the extension contract, the extension contract shall prevail.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for rescheduling. Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 72 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit or consultation fee. Cancellations after a deposit has been placed on custom extensions are non-refundable regardless of notice given.

No-shows for treatment services will be charged the full cost of their scheduled service. Clients who no-show or reschedule more than two times may be declined from future bookings at the discretion of BIJOU BONDS.

BIJOU BONDS reserves the right to modify scheduling terms with reasonable notice.

RESULTS & OUTCOMES

Individual results vary based on hair condition, health status, genetic factors, personal habits, and protocol compliance. Visual content throughout our website and social media — including photography, transformation imagery, and testimonials — serves illustrative purposes and does not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes. All promotional language is non-binding and carries no contractual weight.
